Just the version that is embedded on the IQ pump I think. I also don't have the model pump that comes with the aux relay switch.

Sorry, yes the booster pump that feeds the 380 is hooked up to the timer. I'll have to snap some pics tonight but I know I don't have any automated valves at all. I think water just always flows through the pipe to the pressure side cleaner but only when the booster pump kicks on does it move...

The expiration date should be printed on each individual bottle (FC, TC, PH, etc) Mine have varied considerably but the CH2 is always very short.

Check the expiration for your CH2 vial. It has a very short shelf life. Like 6 months or less (expired can give false low readings). I use a ColorQ as well but also have the Taylor K-1515 test kit for SLAMMING purposes (K-1515 is the FAS-DPD chlorine test that is in both the TF100 and K-2006...

I am thinking about putting a T-3 Hayward Salt Cell on my 700 gallon spa. The T-3 is rated for 15k gallons. Has anybody tried this and successfully dialed the production down low enough for the chlorine level to not be overkill?

Yes great idea! I starting doing this some as well when the mound was getting pretty high. Till my shop vac broke ... ? Surprisingly I didn’t have the vast gunk scum lines like I have seen from others. Maybe I need to do another purge and loosen things up even more? ?

Ohhhhh, so I should have used 3.5 teaspoons instead of 8 .... ??. I definitely saw some gunk for sure in the foam. Little black pieces of nasty. I will say I didn’t see a big nasty scum line after the drain like I have seen pictures of on some of the fiberglass tubs but I also only have six jets...
