Did you try reseting the protocol adaptor? there's a small reset button the side (opposite the lights). if you put in a pin and hold it, it will reset the adaptor and you should be good to go.

When I set my pump for 40 GPM and bypass the heater and UV bioshield system the pump runs at about 1600 RPM. I just self installed an intellichlor SWG and don’t know how to set the ORP Settings for dosage and time etc. on the intellichem. Anybody know what default settings should be for the ORP menus? Thank you

Currently I have and intellichem system with liquid acid and liquid chlorine. My pool guy suggested i concert the liquid chlorine system (Pentair) to a SWG. Any thoughts ? And what’s the difference with the ichlor?? TY!

I have a valve on my main drain as well as the 2 skimmers in my pool that go into the same pumps. How should I balance the skimmers vs the main drain? I noticed that the heater isn’t heat the deeper end as well.

Also ... is there an online pool website that’s best to get chemicals from? Thank you!
