I’m very happy with ours.

I just emailed with Betta. It was $30 cheaper on Amazon. They said I could still buy the Betta warranty even though my purchase was on Amazon. I’ll give it a go!

Would you buy it from Amazon or Betta directly? I’m trying to see who has a better warranty option.

We ran into the same problem. We bought a rope before the pool was built and they still installed their version that didn’t work with our rope.

After not showing up for the decking, they offered to do the final grade for free. It’s not the $$ I wanted, but at least it saved my husband from doing the grade. Quartz plaster is going in today! So close!!!

Handrail it is! The first step is small onto the sun shelf, but I think it’s good to have options.

They are working on the deck as I type. My husband say nay for the handrail, but I am torn. Decisions! Does anyone else have input on this?

The design and contract listed enough wall for two feet high. When the wall builder (pool subcontractor) came out, he advised us it needed to be higher to be properly done.

Yikes! We start the last week of August, but we ended the last week of June!

They showed up today to cover the plumbing with screenings and dirt. I hope we get a break in the rain for the tile and coping. At this rate, I will be #teacheratwork, not #teacherbythepool!

I’m glad to see they started! It was a 2 1/2 day dig for us. I guess the place where they dump the dirt closes early for you too. That’s why they ended early each day for us.

Your pool is looking great! I drove by that way Friday night, but you can’t see all the details from the road. We are still waiting for an excavation date!
