Hi Richard320, thanks again for your input. I added 16oz of Muriatic Acid per pool math to start. I added it in the return jet. I also brushed around the pool. Retesting 30 minutes later brought the PH down to 7.2, but the TA is still 220. Is that okay? Please advise. Thanks so much, dana

Hi there, new to the testing kit. I am using the TF-100 kit. In testing the TA - after a number of drops the color changed to pinkish/red, the more I added the redder it got. What am I looking for in regards to color - when it just changes to "red" or should it be really red? Thank you in advance.

I cannot find CYA at any local stores today. I can order some for delivery tomorrow from Amazon Prime. It is the Clorox pool and spa chlorine stabilizer sold in a 4lb container. Will this be acceptable? Is there a better brand I can get quickly that is recommended? Thanks again in advance.
