Pool water - first time test results

Using the TF-100 test kit:
FC 3
CC 0
CYA 60
TA 110
PH 7.8

I see the TA is a little high
FC and CYA for SWG is a little Low - do I simply increase the pump/filter time this evening and test again tomorrow? Do I just wait a day? or should I add something to the water to increase the FC and CYA levels? Do I worry about the TA since PH is okay?

You're right at minimum for the FC, so I'd just crank up the SWG.

A little acid to drop the pH to 7.2. That will also lower the TA some. The pH will probably pop back up in a day or two.

A little CYA to raise it to 70 or so. It's a mild acid, so it will also lower the TA some as it dissolves.

I wouldn't go to any special pains to lower the TA. It will come down fast enough as you maintain pH.
