It’s definitely possible since it was set up with a t-15 cell in the aquarite panel before I corrected that and wouldn’t even work. After I changed it to a t-9 it started working. I guess I need to get someone back out to look at it again.

I can verify that my SWCG worked when I ran it; chlorine test showed an increase. I still don't know what readings I should expect on the app. And also when I check the panel, the instantaneous reading shows "- 0". Does the instantaneous reading only show the salt level when chlorinating?
