I figured it out. The plumber rough plumb it first. Then after shotcrete is done the coping people will elbow it under the coping. Then start up crew will install the aerator.

The plumber did rough plumbed it all the way to the spot in needs to be at. Shotcrate created a groove for it. Now, who does the finishing work on it? e.g. running it in the groove? what do they attached at the end to spray?

I am doing owner builder. Which sub would be doing the aerators?

Anybody knows who would be setting up the aerators before coping? or they happen during the coping?
