I was reading the back of the container and it says that 2.5 Lbs will approximately raise 30 ppm on 10,000 gal. of water.
Will the conditioner raise to 60ppm on my 21k gal. pool. This is confusing me. :hammer:
my pool has 0 conditioner so i went to buy some. This time i want some help because last time i put to much and i needed a lot more chlorine to maintain a good level. Here are my numbers;

I just added muriactic acid to lower my Ph from 8.2 to 7.5, it has been about 1 and a half hour since that.
Is it safe to shock rigth now?
I have to have the pool ready because i have kids coming to swim, i know i have to wait four hours after i shock which is about the time they'll arrive.

I know i could have gotten a better one but my budget is not so good right now. I do not know how to make sense of...
I thought of that so i tried my it with may hand and it almost sucked my fingers off but the preassure was enough to make the recomended succion so i went to home depot and got a pvc stooper which fit perfectly and solved my problem.

im not really sure how to do that but there is only one valve which either shuts off the skimmers or the main drain; one side for skimmers other side for main drain.
