Just an update for future reference. I replaced part R0512300 (Control Board) for $150 and the Output Fault display is now off. The SWG is producing Chlorine....

I have the same "Output Fault" issue on Jandy Aquapure EI 35. Can the Salt Cell cause that message or just an Electrical issue where I would need to replace part R0512100 or R0512300?

I spliced the blue wire and black wire that get attached to the cell. When I wrap the black wire on the black terminal, I get a "No Flow". When I attached the Blue wire to the Blue terminal, I get an "Output Fault". Has anyone else seen this before? Thanks

Unfortunately, every site I have gone to (approximately 10) say its discontinued and out of stock. Three even took my order only to get an e-mail that the order is canceled as they can not get the part. Even called Jandy and they also said part has been discontinued... I was hoping maybe...

My output cable for my Aquapure EI SWG is having a problem connecting to the cell causing an Output Fault. The wires from the black input split apart. I tried to find a replacement part R0512500 but am finding that part has been discontinued. Is there a replacement part or do I have to fuse...

I have been fighting a leak in my pool for a few weeks now. An underground pipe has been spouting water. Been reading about trenchless technology where no digging is necessary. Has anyone heard of this and are there any disadvantages?

There is a device by the pump where i can manipulate where the suction occurs. When I turn the dial to have the suction from the skimmer, water flows into the pump. When I turn the dial to suck from the main drain, not much water runs into the pump. Just to note most of the time a i have the...

I have been losing about 3/4 inch of water in my pool daily. What do you think it means when I put my multi-port sucking from main drain only and I don't get a good flow into my pump? Am I in serious trouble.

I tested my hardness today it was at 180. I have Calcium Chloride in my garage used to DeIce on snow days. Can I use the same calcium chloride for my pool??

I just sit in the pool 24/7 waiting for that leaf or debris to enter and quickly dispose of it.
