It's my setup. There is no "backwash" setting as the YouTube videos show. I did it 2 yrs back. But now, it's not working. I have to figure out what is going on underground, coz the water needs to come out from somewhere if I close the valves to the pool, but it isn't! ??

Yeah can't get the backwash thing working. Not sure why yet. It wasn't hard. It was the mental block that was harder to get over :-)

It worked and we have flow! And now I know how my filter looks from inside. Thank youuuu! Now, on to fight green swamp!

I received my test kit yesterday. I have read pool school and the test kit instructions. My problem is for chlorine testing it says to use " Chlorine only" graduated vial. I dont see one! There IS a graduated thing but not labeled "Chlorine only". Am I missing something?
