right. i was hoping to find the same exact tank, used ... then the plumbing would line up. i've been able to find a TA50d and a TA100d ... but not a TA60d (so far) ... i'm still beating the bushes.

I have the option to buy a nice used Tagelus TA100D with all the equipment ... i assume i cant go wrong stepping UP in size ... is that right?

my main concern with changing tanks altogether is the plumbing alignment.

i dont need individual parts ... i need a tank. my multiway port, pipe and laterals are all fine.

i'm confused, how is that less expensive than a different, cheaper brand that is the same size (24.5") ??

I screwed the bolt back into the shaft (left hand thread, yes) ... no loctite ... had already put it back together before I read this. I cranked my pump back up and everything is running smoothly now. I'll be closing the pool within the next week, should I remove that bolt and add loctite...

So I have a CalSpa 2100 from the early 90's .. tub is in great shape but the pump just went bad. It's the old heavy duty dual wet end pump that is super hard to replace and pretty expensive. I know I can retrofit the plumbing and go back with a conventional 56 frame pump but I'd rather NOT do...
