Hello recently jandy rs insterface was switched out pretty straight forward - all cables were connected to new interface just as it was in old one the filter pump is the only one that doesnt turn on there is power going to pump but nothing any suggestions? i attached video of what happens...

Hello I noticed the whisperflow communication cable 356324Z is 25ft long… the pump and the panel are about 50 ft away..is it possible to buy two cables and configure/attach wire them together so it can reach that far? has it been done? thanks

Hello When heater is on and heating the temp on display will show it casually increasing up to 300 degree faranehit the thermastat was replaced the high temp limit was replaced the “service heater” light does not light up the heater will keep heating without no disruption and no service codes...

there is two directions for the water to flow for the return the filter/heater or the jets but if jets is chosen water does not flow through filter/heater so in result can heat while using jets why would it be built this way?
