Hi, I had a power surge and it fried the switch board. So, I bypass the switchboard and wired the heater power cable to a direct power switch. Now the blower turns on and I can now see numbers on the heater display screen, but the heater won't turn on. There's not any noise or clicks...

I tested L1 and L2 together and got 250+ volts AC. I most likely have a bad control head like you mention. Thank you.

It's a standalone pump. I don't have any external control hooked up to the drive. There's not a RS-485 cable, just power input connection on the side.

It's a 2010 model.

Just did some googling. JVA is Jandy Valve Actuator. I any case, I unlplugged both JVA and the swithes still doesn't work. No power. Any ideas on what I should check next?

Why is your CYA so high at 80? Wouldn't you want to drop it to 30-40 to save your FC?
