New Build in MA, making progress!!!

They are fine on my I-Pad, but I know sometimes they flip on desktops for some reason.

I was going to just fence where the pool is but I wanted it to be more open, I blew my budget way back so what's an extra couple grand at this point......

I think I fixed most of the pictures, I went on my desktop and they were making me dizzy looking at them....

That is a very pretty fence! WOW! Thanks for sharing!

What is next on your to get done list?

kim

Thank you!!!

Next they seal the Coping (Hopefully today), then they will install equipment and liner (Hoping for next week), then WATER!!! Last will be the Retaining Wall and Pavers.

Next year I am thinking outdoor fireplace of some sort, I was going to do it this year but stuff kept adding up quickly so I am holding off for now.

Since you are SO close to having water you need to order a test kit today so it will be there when the water goes in. I see the TF-100 in your siggy but was not sure if you had it yet or not.

If you have it have you tested your fill water? How is your PH and TA?

Kim

LOL, I got a little light headed viewing those! Fence looks wonderful! Thanks for the pics, I can dream. We are doing something similar with the aluminum on the front and chain link in the back. We seem to have a lot of similar tastes :)

I already have the TF-100, I have used it on my spa, I am getting the water brought in so we will see how it tests out. I can't wait!!

Sorry about the pics upside down, on my I-Pad they look fine, very odd.

Finally got the Stamped Coping sealed, it came out Great!!! Granite Gray with hints of brown put on top, I love the stamp.

He even did the equipment Pad!!! I didn't expect that-

It's a stamp they put on it after a certain amount of time while the concrete sets, they have to line the stamps up just right to continue the pattern, while they do that the PB used a tamper to create the stamp. He even stamped the inside part of the coping, I really like the end result.

That first picture in post #22 really threw me. I didn't realize they were upside down! I thought the bottom section was of water reflecting trees. Something wasn't quite right... I kept looking at it and looking again. Then I scrolled down to the next photo. Ohhhh, the light dawns on me! Lol!

Everything is looking grand! I can't get over the coping - terrific! And I love the pavers. Quite a fence for quite a build! Awesome,
Suz.

They are planning to do the liner and equipment next week, let's hope the weather doesn't delay us!!! They still have to put in the 2 Laminars also.

Here are a few Hot Tub Pics, we love our Bullfrog!!! The first picture is from my master bedroom deck, so convenient. I was dead set on a spillover spa in th pool, I am so glad I went separate, being in New Eglad we will get much more use out of it. Also my wife's back has felt much better since she has been using it, a spillover doesn't have that ability.

The PB did this also-

Went to the Gym and came home to some progress!!! Too bad it was pouring or they still might be here.

None the less they started my equipment and cleaned up a lot in the pool.
