Hi everyone, I’m new to this great forum!
While opening the pool and setting up the salt cell, I noticed that the “Less” button has stopped working. The “More” button works fine and still resets the system when held, but the “Less” button doesn’t respond at all and it goes back to 100% automatically. I tried turning the pump power off and on, but no luck. It’s currently stuck at 100%, and I can’t adjust it down. The button worked perfectly last season, has anyone run into this before or know of a possible fix? Any ideas are appreciated!

Thank you

Thanks, @JamesW ! I’ve been considering upgrading to the new IntelliChlor Plus & LT since that was supposed to be the latest and greatest tech but I’ve seen a few concerning reviews here that gave me pause. Debating whether it’s worth dropping another ~ $1.5k-$2k on the latest IC40 or if you have another recommendation?

Also, what kind of timer are you suggesting? You mean connect the timer to the electric box ?
Right now it’s synced with the pump.

Thanks

Id run this one at 100% and change the hours to match UV demand. If its still working, squeeze every dollar from it.

I was wondering if there’s a way to reset the device so it starts back at 0%. That way, I could set it to a lower level and leave it there. Turning it off or disconnecting the power doesn’t seem to help, it always comes back on at 100% somehow

Also, as a side note, I’ve noticed that when the water is cold, I sometimes get a false low salt reading (red light). Once I turn the heater on, it usually goes back to green (good level) up after a few minutes. Is that normal?
