Please check the second photo. Shows the unpainted grey concrete with red/brown border around the pool. How can I make the border looking good

Red brown border looks like stained concrete. Very different than paint. Stain coloring is added to concrete when it is mixed.

First thing I would do is clean it - a good going with the pressure washer will probably make is look 100% better on it's own.
