Those look like tannin stains from something falling into the water and leaving that streak-type of appearance. Do you have trees nearby? That or perhaps any landscaping where something may have been blown into the pool?
Try rubbing one of the stains with a chlorine tab if you have one. Don't leave it there though. Or sprinkle a little cal-hypo on a stain. If that doesn't work, try rubbing a stain with a Vitamin C tablet to see if some iron-mineral items got blown into the pool.

It could also help to see a full set of water test results from either a TF-Series test kit (i.e. TF-100 or TF-Pro) or Taylor K-2006C test kit.
