Pentair superflo vs rusty motor shaft

Took my pump apart to replace seals and shaft has some burrs from rust . What can I do besides buying a new motor, thanks
Can you post some pictures of the shaft so we can see the condition.

I have seen motor shafts be cleaned up with emery paper.

It depends how bad the rusting is and if the shaft is heavily pitted.

My pump will run for a few hours and then shuts off , 1A code appears. I’ve replaced the seals a couple of times already and it’s not leaking. The motor does feel kind of hot to the touch. Could this be the brushes need replacing or could it also be the drive overheating? How hard would it be to replace the brushes and where can I get them.. Seems like when I run it on low speed it will usually run longer, just hate to spend 1200 on new pump if I can fix old one, 2018 model, thanks
