We ordered the 522046 upgrade kit, thought we could this ourselves, but are running into problems.. JUST read that if you have an intellichlor 10 sec reset button, this won't work.. we have that. We also have a daughter board that appears to have the intelliclor wiring bracket attached. There is nothing in the manual to help us out with this so, hoping someone here can.. we can always go back to the old system, but I'd like the automatic firmware updates and other features. Thank you so much in advance!

The instructions say that the svg board should be attached to the load center in the com port, this is inconsistent with what I am reading on other posts

What are you reading on other posts?

The SWG RS-485 comm connector gets wired to a RS-485 comm connector on the main board.

Thank you so much... the instruction manual is REALLY awful, trying to validate all of our assumptions. We are assuming that the transformer wire connected to the reset switch along with the red wire on the corner of the board are BOTH connected to the 12 amp circuit breaker, that in essence, replaces the switch?

Last question, hopefully, assuming the new transformer is wired to the high voltage center exactly like the last one was.. yellow goes to nothing Purple goes to first screw behind bus bar and black goes to 120/240 circuit breaker

1. Replace your pump breaker with gfci Siemens QF220A QF220 Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter, 20 Amp, 2 Pole, 120 Volt, 10,000 AIC, Color https://a.co/d/e2y52Oy
2. It looks like your bottom right circuit breaker is double tapped - 2 wires into the breaker. This is not allowed on siemens breakers . Disconnect those wires and pigtail them together, plus a tail, with a wire nut or wago. Land the tail on the breaker.
