Jacuzzi Electrical Help Needed

We have a 6 month old jacuzzi . After working flawlessly for a few months , the breaker now goes off every 1-2 hours . We have had the breaker replaced . We’ve had 2 electricians come and say electric is fine . Power company came and said we have sufficient power.

Does anybody have any idea what can be happening here ? Thanks in advance .
 
Could be water leaking from the internal plumbing onto a motor or heater in the tub causing a GFCI trip.

Is the hot tub under warranty? If so make a warranty claim.

If the electricity going into the spa is good, then something inside the spa is causing the problem.

Could be a number of different things.

The first thing for us to know is if this spa is under warranty? If so, it makes the most sense to turn in a warranty claim.

If the tub is not under warranty, then you would need to start troubleshooting by disconnecting things like any Ozone device, or the heater, motors, and see if you can locate the device that is causing the GFCI breaker to pop.

Under warranty, call the dealer. If it's not, post pics of equipment area, control system, and wiring diagram.

What size breaker and wire? How far from the spa? Main breaker or disconnect? Gfci breaker?
Usually a faulty spa component trips it whenever the spa or component is turned on. Running for random periods then tripping with no relation to equipment in use is usually a wiring issue. Note I said "usually". Unpredictable, unrepeatable breaker trips (nuisance tripping as we call it) can be the most challenging thing to troubleshoot in this business.
Some components run automatically on programmed or hard-wired cycles. For example, most spas turn off ozone for a period if any button is pressed, or may only run it during filter cycles. So what appears to be random can often be pinpointed if you know the automation.

And what did the spa tech say?
As a former electrician I know what electricians do and, more importantly, do not do. And residential electricians typically do not troubleshoot appliances. If you had a breaker that tripped each time your air conditioner turned on, would you call an electrician (or 2) or an hvac guy?
