One splitface stone in raised wall looks really bad. Understand natural stone variations but this is just too bad. Can this be replaced? Have asked PB

They can chip it out with a chisel, cut a piece to fit and then replace it. Pretty easy. I agree, that looks like a black eye.
I am glad you feel so. It just looks really bad. Plus it's the solitary one so stands out a lot. And since the depth is so low of this stone, it feels as is there is nothing in that slot. And that the reason for the same is some infestation 😞
