High water temp

My daughter had a sleepover last night and cranked our pool heater up to 101 degrees. 😡 I caught it before it got that high, but temp is now 96. It’s only in the low 70’s in Michigan right now so I know it will naturally drop over the next day or two, but do I need to worry about any equipment damage at that temp? Should I add some water to help cool things down? Going to test water now to see where things are at.

I wouldn’t think so. My pool used to regularly get to 95° in the Texas heat with no help from a heater. Chiller solved that problem.

You just have a large spa. Not a problem for your equipment.

Keep an eye on the amount of evaporation you get.
