Hi everyone, first post here.

I have a 2014 Artesian Gran Cayman (Island) hot tub.

Couple of nights ago, we were in the tub, tempature was set to 98 once it reached it, it just kept going. When we noticed it was at 101, we got out and I powered it off. Tried powering it back up about 15 minutes later and got a “Heater is too hot” error and the spa shut down so I turned off the power.

The next morning, I fired it back up. Within 15-20 seconds, I got the same error and it won’t reset even after 15-20 minutes. Tried again today, same thing. Within 15-20 seconds after startup, I get the same error. I opened it up and touched the heater and it was really hot.

What could be causing this? I tried many things, looked at the fuses, all was good, everything was plugged in as it should. I’m not hearing the circulation pump when I turn on the power and when it’s in “Priming mode”. Could that be the issue?

Thanks for helping me out.
