Why is my Intellicenter app not showing chemistry?

On our app, the chemistry part isn't showing up. Everything else seems to be there. The salt cell has all green lights on so it looks like it's working. It's like this on mine and my husband's phones. Any ideas?

Nikilyn - I am assuming at this point that you have updated the app to the Intellicenter 2 app?

Mine is showing up just fine. I am running on iOS. Are you on Android or iOS?

I haven't updated anything. Didn't know I needed to. I'm on ios.

IntelliCenter 1.064 Firmware and New Mobile App IntelliCenter2

Just saw a new FW post on Pentair's web site. I updated and got the new app (IntelliCenter 2). So far so good, update was a breeze (had to use USB). I can report at least I can change schedules without the app crashing. Anyone else try this yet...

Do I need to do anything to the Intellicenter or just install the new app? I read the first page of that thread but it's really long.

At the panel you go into Settings/Advanced System Configuration/System and it should show the firmware version.

I would go ahead and install the Intellicenter2 app, and see if that takes care of it. That is a known issue since the Intellicenter app will not work with the new panel firmware version.
