Hot tub moving - is this idea good bad or ugly?

My foam didn't get nice and thick during the Ahh-Some purge, I think because it was getting sucked down into the filter with the "weir ring". In hindsight, I probably should've pulled the weir ring out to stop the skimming. I did the purge with the old goobered up filter in the hole so I wasn't concerned about clogging it with purge-poo. Had some lovely green and brown snot in the foam though.

Make sure you get as much of the boogers out of the foam and waterline before draining, because if not there will be random blobs all over the place once drained. Wipe everything down good with a cleaner and hose everything down good after that. Blow and suck out all the lines with a shop vac after that. If your jets come out, wipe them out as well. The name of the game is to get as much of the crud water out before refilling!

Got plenty of boogers for sure. Not as bad as I was expecting tbh.

I do have one big issue. 20 mins into the purge, jets running (both pumps) as instructed the entire tub shutdown - no power. I began wiping to get it straight purge wise even though it did not go 30 mins. 5 mins later power was back on.

Do I have a wiring issue (like I have seen on some YT vids) from the electrician or does this sound more like a tub issue?

I did not go and reset the breaker I was busy wiping it just came back on its own which has me thinking tub issue.

Motor overheat maybe? Did you take the filter out?

Does the spa electrical wiring voltage match the way the spa motors are setup?

Many spas have jumpers to set things to run at 120V or 240V. Did you verify the actual setup?

Is the tub new or used?

If used, how old is it?
Used on year old (2020 Nordic Encore LS).

I have heat turned down to 50 but the screen says 81 no way the water temp is 81.

Electrician verified 240 at the cutoff box before he left and we tested the system. I will check the switches on the control panel next.

Looking under the hood switches seem to be correct but the manual only shows what they should be for converting from 120 to 220. Tub was verified running under 240 at previous home.

while under the hood the pump #1 turned on all by itself no one touched anything

I am currently draining the tub at the moment from the purge as was able to get that done at least

pumps are still very hot to the touch.
