TFP means dry stabilizer/conditioner, Cyanuric Acid. You can use stabilized chlorine (dichlor/trichlor) but must stop using it when your CYA level gets to your target.can I ask when you say stabiliser, do you mean stabilised chlorine? I can’t find “stabiliser” I’m in the Uk.
pH reducer is dry acid. Not the best product to use in a pool but less of an issue with an above ground, vinyl liner pool. You would add dry acid to lower your pH and TA. Then aeration is used to raise pH. Then when it gets to 7.8 or above, use dry acid again to lower the pH and TA.I just wanted to check, that I’m supposed to add ph reducer? (Got a bottle left from last yr) And that’s all?
