Pentair 1.5hp Superflo Variable Speed

Welcome to TFP.

In CA single speed pumps cannot be sold any longer What pump do you think your PB should have given you instead?

I think 4 pumps and one pump just for 3 bubblers may be overkill. But I don't know what is in your pool.

Go,

Please show us a couple of pics of your SuperFlo VS pump.. See if you can show us the label which should say SuperFlo VS or VST...

Also show us some pics of your whole equipment pad.

Other than the extra cost, having a controllable pump for your bubbles is a great idea..

Thanks,

Jim R.

Thank you for the feedback. It is a Superflo VST. The pump is the 2nd from the left. The plumber put this in about a week ago. 90FC7EA9-7C27-46AA-BA61-253DCC307705.jpeg

Hello, I am new to pools and I’d like for some to look at my equipment setup and provide me with opinion/feedback. I have 4 pumps: pool/spa, water sheers, 3 bubblers, and the last is a booster for the extra 7 jets in the spa. I told my plumber that I‘d like to control each feature by its own. I’d like to know if the 1.5 superflo vst is okay for 3 bubblers. Thanks - greatly appreciated.

Coping/decking/mini pebble going in the next couple weeks.

As was said in this thread of yours a pump for 3 bubblers will work but the bubblers could be fed off your main filter pump and a valve to turn it on or off.

What is your concern at this point in your build?

I just wantEd to make sure my setup is fine for what I have in my pool. I posted some pics as requestEd from another post to gain more perspective. If everything looks good then I am content.
