Grout mishap for Pool of Doom

Life is good for me! New class of kids are DREAMS to teach this year!!! Hubby is retired and rehabbing his ankle replacement!
Oh wow - I didn’t know you could have an ankle replacement! How is he doing? Does swimming help?

Teachers are a special type of angel in my book. I couldn’t do it, but really admire those who can. Glad it’s going to be a good year for you!

He is SO happy! The swimming and pool overall has been SO helpful.

Ankle replacement is fairly new (2012 was when they found the way and kind to do).

I sleep REALLY good at night  I am wore out by the end of the day but I love teaching. I have 4 more years so am trying to enjoy it as much as possible!

Was told 20 years ago I’m headed for knee replacement. Which is a huge reason to get the pool finished once and for all! Glad he’s doing so well.

Do you teach kindergarten? I cannot recall.

This year starts my 35th year of Kindergarten aka herding cats  LOL

Amy I hope you DO get the knee replacement. Tim had his right done June of 2017 then his left Nov. of 2017. He says next to marrying me it was the best thing he had done for his self!

When you are at the point of setting the date for the surg let me know. I have MANY ideas that REALLY helped Tim heal his knees and control the pain and swelling in the week after the surgery.

Thank you Kim - I will let you know, but hopefully I do not have to have for many years. Fingers crossed! I had “rooster comb” injections this spring and they seem to have really helped. Now if I can just exercise by swimming!!! ?
