That appears to be a pump union. Loosen it and see if the oring is in good shape. If OK, lubricate it with pool lube and hand tighten the union. If the oring appears compromised, replace it.

Thanks for the reply! I did lube the o ring but leak still there. Then I realized it's a crack on the pump housing!
Can I use some epoxy to fix this crack? Or I need a new pump housing....
