My pool has a yellow stain from alge I have scrubbed it have , I got it because my SWG checked cell, I did this and it was plunged with whits crust, I cleaned per directions and t weeks it is back, What is causing this?

Pentair was no help at all, a bunch of kids with no trouble shooting skills, I found my problem, in the transformer for the IC 60 the little circuit board was bad. I replaced the board and now it works perfect.

You say it should be wired the the pump relay? I will do this on my day off . Thanks for the information . When I call Pentair all I get is a bunch of BS, I have never gotten the right answer to anything. From now on I will ask here on the forum for advise. thanks again.

I have an intelliflo variable flow pump and power is on it all the time so is the power to IC cell controller , The pump is controlled directly from the easytouch panel . Thay ( pentair ) has a expansion board for the control wires.

I do not know if I have problem or not. Here is what is going on, I set my easytouch controller for 50% output. on the IC60 all the lights are on ( % lights) and some times the last 2 go on and off. all other lights says everything is ok , flow, salt level all green. Has anyone had this happen?

Is it ok to run fresh water through the generator until I get all the salt levels set. been slamming my pool now for 4 days keeping at 15 to 25 FC, now when do I let it drop to the 7? Still some alge seen on bottom, I brush it every day. Should I keep the salm at 15 to 25 for a couple of more days? Should I be checking all the chemicals and adjusting them during a slam?
