    I changed the valve and it seemed to work once the spa turned off...cool down was only warm water etc. Came out 3 hrs later and my spa was empty. No sign of water from the overflow drain, etc. Not sure where it went, but the valve solution isn't it.

    As for the valves/shutoff, there is a shutoff for the Spa. I know what you are talking about and can try that route. Makes sense that it would work.

    I have tried turning off the heater, and leaving the spa jets on for 10 min, but as soon as I turn the spa/jets off, the delay still kicks in and cools the spa down.
