    We did it! Finally got the pool up, mostly filled and will install skimmer and pump tomorrow! Phew. Never. Doing. This. Again!

    I feel your pain! Our pool collapsed during construction due to wind gusts out of nowhere. Best wishes!

    Yes, there were a few expletives muttered. The cherry on top was stupidly grabbing the metal at the filter hole and cutting my finger. Thanks for the support. Friday we begin round 2. Wish us luck!

    I went with Baquacil because I have extremely sensitive and dry skin. Families members back in NY highly recommended it for those reasons. I figure we'll give it a go this year and see how it fares.
