I've been using kemteck 10% Anyone else have problems with it not afflicting chlorine as much as it should? I put required amount to adjust up to 7ppm from 3.5 and 6 hours later it's only at 4ppm

They did not warn me of any damage to the plaster. I asked them if the plaster would be okay and they said yes, that they would use a grinder to cut between the bottom of the tile and the plaster to take it out. There was no contract signed and they decided to cut their losses rather than...

I just paid a company to retile my waterline tiles. They damaged the plaster considerably. Do I still pay them? They are not going to fix the plaster.
