I've been using kemteck 10% Anyone else have problems with it not afflicting chlorine as much as it should? I put required amount to adjust up to 7ppm from 3.5 and 6 hours later it's only at 4ppm

I just paid a company to retile my waterline tiles. They damaged the plaster considerably. Do I still pay them? They are not going to fix the plaster.

Turns out there is a crack they have to patch that runs across deep end of pool that rust is coming out of... Cost just went up to $1500. :-(
