I have 0 experience with this system. As I said a pool service company set this up and I'm not surprised that it is incorrect as they installed this Easy Touch 8 when we didn't need this big system. They also "inspected" the pool and failed to find a 2 inch gaping crack in the skimmer 😄😄😄...

As simple as turning the external control off and then back on appears to have worked with the temporary schedule I set. Could it be that ridiculous?

It is still lighting up Aux #7 and staying on with that test.

I turned off the external control and set a temporary schedule to see if the system will stop the pump instead of switching to Aux #7 and staying on. With the external control light not illuminated the pump does not go on at all. Logical, but this pool stuff is confusing to me, sorry.

I am starting to think it may be the pump settings as everything is as you described it should be?

I also changed the Intellichlor percentage on the EasyTouch and it changed the output as expected.
