    Currently 87 with an air temperature of 88. Put away the solar cover last week but still run the heat pump a couple hours most days. We've been swimming since April 3 Hoping to swim until mid November again this year.

    Thanks JamesW. I had the same question. I didn't like starting and stopping the filter to change speeds. Your advice works. I just adjust the vsp setting as desired.

    We've had crazy weather over the past 2 years. Hot and dry and then torrential rainfall. I'm either adding (well) water or draining water. My primary issue has been drastic reduction in calcium hardness.

    Thanks for your response. The pool temperature sensor does receive more direct sunlight than the SWG temperature sensor. The pool temperature sensor is directly on top of the piping prior to my filter.

    51 this morning. Up 5 degrees this week. Our weather has been relatively warm and plenty of rain during the week and sunny, but cool weekends. By relatively, I mean in mean in the Carolinas:)
