Since a AA treatment is utilized to remove metal stains and with other chemicals such as a sequestering agent to keep stains from reforming wouldn’t it be wise to get the stains sequestered and while they are in the water and not on your pool to drain the pool and get rid of the metals...

I am in the process of a slam since I am loosing 1.5 ppm on the OCLT but before I started I had a reading of 0 on the CC. So my question is is it possible to have algae consuming fc while no reading on cc? All other levels are in range with a cya of 90.
