I won the dispute. Finally got back all my money. Took a long time.

Do NOT deal with skimaround. Their product did not work for me. Customer service is nil. I had to open a dispute with paypal. Took weeks to get my money back.

The problem with wall foam... is it's not UV protected. So any part of wall foam sitting in the sun quickly deteriorates, & breaks off blowing all over the yard. Even if it's not in the sun, it's really not made for what I'm using it for.

The problem now is you try to return it, and they hassle you like they did to me.

I have the mesh canvas type cover, with the springs that hold down on the patio deck. The previous owner of the house used "wall foam" between the pavers, and the cover, to protect the under side of the cover from abrasion. Obviously wall foam is not the correct product for this. Is...

Skim a round didn't work for me. I played with them for hours. Went back to my old style baskets.

The pump went to the garbage can. I brought a variable speed pump with NPT pipe thread.

Typical story. Pump failed, water green. algae on walls & floor of Gunite pool. So now I have the water clear with heavy shock. Chemical levels are ok. So I start brushing and power washing the algae off the walls, and all the green particles are making the water green again. Seems...

Recently moved into this house. I need a new pump. Going with a variable speed. The existing pump is 1.5 HP. The pool company is recommending a 2.0 HP pump. It's a 22' x 45' Gunite, with a spa. The 4 suction lines are 1.5", built into a 2" header. It appears the entire pool is 1.5"...

Shoot.. I already ordered them from Amazon.... My pumps are 17 years old. I have 3 Jandy pumps. 1 for the pool, 2 for the spa. And they all leak. I'd hate to buy new VS pumps, and rebuild headers. But it seems it's going that way.

This looks like it. Only money will tell. Hopefully Amazon will take them back if they don't fit. The unions - flanges are definitely molded into the case of the pump. There are no pipe threads, just the union fittings.

It is a Jandy HHPLUS Series. 1.5HP

This is not an NPT thread. It's a 2" "union type" connection with the flange & O-ring. Mine is also on LI.

I have a Gunite pool, with 2" plumbing. 1.5hp pump. About 15 years old. I need to replace the connectors at the pump outlet, and pump inlet. 1 is stripped, the other is cracked. Leaking. The pool company says my existing pump has non-standard connectors, and he can't find them locally...
