Yes that's what i suspect too. I have someone coming out to have a look at it next week, which is why i was hoping to disable the flow sensor until then. It unfortunately doesn't seem like that's possible.

I just tried to delete the flow sensor and it wouldn't let me anyway! Says I need it for chlorination. So looks like I have no option but to turn on the filter manually every 15mins from the app....

How do I tell? The water test was fine and the water is clear... It seems from the manual that I can delete the flow switch but not just turn it off. I was hoping to just turn it off so that it was still there when I got a new one but don't think that's possible. It also looks like I have two...

There is water coming out of the jets when I turn the pump on manually so I assume it's flowing... or is that not how to tell?

Hi, We have a Hayward Omnilogic system and I keep getting the "No Water Flow FlowSensor" error message, so the filter pump shuts down after 15 minutes. I am having to turn it on manually from the phone app every 15 minutes. I suspect we will need a new flow sensor, but until someone can come out...
