I just filled my 15' x 48" Steel frame above ground pool. I filled it from empty with well water. So current salt level should be zero. The pool is 16,015 Litres (4230 USG). How many pounds of salt do I need? All the charts I find don't go that low of gallons.

Hi, I have a Intex model 8111. It’s the filter pump and SWG all in one unit. I just hooked it up yesterday. I turned it on and the pump is not pumping water. The green pump light is on and it’s humming but not pumping/flowing. I have water going to it. I bleed the air out. What can I check?

You set the timer for how long you need it to generate based on your size of pool. In my case it's 3 hours. So every 24 hours it will run for 3 hours and that's it. I googled it and there might be a hack to rewire it so the filter pump will stay on 24/7. I'll have to read more about that.
