    Jandy AquaPure Service Light

Ok I got it to give me a code 121 which looks like a DC power issue. Any advice on the best way to clean the cord and contacts to try to clear the error?

    Jandy AquaPure Service Light

Hi all, the service light is showing on my aquapure and I don’t think it’s generating full chlorine. How do I find a service code to troubleshoot? Nothing obvious on my equipment panel showing a code

    Recurring rust spots

Update for the curious: apparently PebbleTec has been struggling with iron contamination. They will be sending divers to chip out and patch all of the spots under warranty.

    Recurring rust spots

They are in the exact same spots as before. The pool is only a couple months old, is this something my pool builder could remedy if its rebar?

    Recurring rust spots

I have a half a dozen or so rust spots in my pool. Took the advice of the forum and they easily came off with some vitamin C. But three weeks later, they’re back. Is this just how it’s going to be? Using vitamin C every few weeks? Or is there something else at play.

    K1000 results higher than FAS/DPD

When I tested my pool today, visually the K1000 looked to be in the 5-10 ppm range. When I checked it using FAS/DPD, it only came out to 3.5 ppm. The discrepancy is pretty troubling to me since I was planning on using the K1000 as my daily test once I got the level below 5 ppm. Any advice? For...

    New Build in Houston

Other than some landscaping and coping work, we are done! I ran my first water tests today and came up with the following: FC: 8 CC: 0.5 pH: 7.6 TA: 80 CH: 100 CYA: 43 SALT: 2400 ppm Based on this, I'm going to add some Calcium (target 300 ppm) and Salt (target 3000 ppm). I've also ramped the...
