Do I have the wrong skimmer baskets? They keep getting stuck

So these are the baskets the previous owner left me. Most of the time I can rotate them by hand and pull them out. Sometimes though they just get stuck in there pretty good and its a pain to get them out. Am I missing something do I just have the wrong baskets? The hold down clips don't seem to...

Has anyone tried a pet ramp for an inground pool?

Ok so this might be an odd topic but... We have a labradoodle we can't keep out of the pool he loves it. The problem is he seems to cut his nails up when he launches off the plaster stairs out of excitement. He doesn't seem phased by it but its definitely not ideal. Has anyone tried installing a...

Might need to retest...

Not sure what this is on my stairs and walls and it does not want to come off.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the help all. I am almost to finish line now, another two feet of water to go on the refill. I ended up doing as light of an acid wash as I could since the plaster seems to be thin in areas. Probably not the best choice but the brown staining had to go and I...

I am not 100% sure on the groundwater as I just moved here last week. Looking it up on USGS thought it says average depth to water level is 248 feet USGS Groundwater for USA: Water Levels -- 1 sites

Is it normal to have 3 hydrostatic plugs + 2 relief valves? I can't tell if I have valves in the main drain here or if they are just plugged....

Not sure what this is on my stairs and walls and it does not want to come off.

Little off topic question here... I finished getting the pool drained and the plugs pulled yesterday. I had 1 plug on the shallow end, two plugs on the deep end and 2 main drains that are connected. Inside the main drains there is what appears to be yet another plug? Can anyone tell me what that...
