Thank you for posting this video. I've been doing more reading watched another video and the impeller could be the likely issue - it's just odd that it "fixes" after a change in filter mode for me versus being constant.

Another good suggestion to try! I just can't imagine a clogged impeller since the pump never runs without the pump basket. But, who knows, maybe something could have "broken off" since the pump motor's only running just over 3 months - nothing's built well these days! Lots of things to consider.

When I opened 8 days ago, I had 2 pump leaks. The one drain cap leak seemed to stop on its own. The other one was between the motor and pump. it wasn’t terrible - but enough to definitely wet the platform. After 8;days, it’s now just leaking slightly. One drop every 3 1/2 - 4 minutes so...

The leak ended up stopping on its own. I did get the new plugs but did not use them. My service company said to use a lot of PTFE tape to help next time.

Both plugs I had - not new- had a rubber FLAT washer. I went ahead and ordered 2 replacement plugs and these look to have a rubber round o-ring so hoping these will work. I didnt try lube - just PTFE tape. In the meantime, the leak has gotten better.
