Great, thank you gentlemen. I’ll stick with muriatic, I have a plaster pool. 3 months old. So far so good. Chlorine is a bit low. I’m going to try running the pump a bit longer.

What do you recommend to keep the ph down in my pool. Muriatic acid pregnancy sulfuric acid?

Are the bubbles coming out of all your returns? How old and what kind of equipment do you have? Do you seem to be losing water?

Update. I turned my pentair intellichlor up to 100% because I had trace amounts of chlorine when I had it set to 25%. For some reason when I turn the percentage way up on the intellichlor it results in some air coming out of my return. I turned it down to 50% and the issues is gone. I will...

looking good. That is a whole lot of plumbing. good luck with all those valves. Hopefully the Pentair automation will handle most of that that. What is the antenna looking device next to your easy touch box? I'm in the process of building as well in Northeast FL.

If there are any builders in here. Is there a product that works better then hydraulic cement to fill in around the plumbing stub outs and skimmer area? How do they ensure a good seal?

I live in north Fl. We’re currently in the building process. We are getting a heat pump. Without question extends the swimming season. I just upgraded to a heat/cool unit. 90+ degrees doesn’t seem refreshing to me personally. Now is the time to do it.

We are in the process of choosing our waterline tile. We’re deciding between a 6x6 or 1x1 in a sheet. Both are glazed ceramic. How much of an issue is grout? Does it get dirty easily? The pool is in north FL, all pentair equipment other then gulfstream heat/cool pump. Thanks for any input.
