Weird, but simple question... My pentair pool pump control panel cover keeps popping open likely from the wind.... Anyone else have this issue? Any easy solution to keep it shut?

Understood. Makes sense. With that said, would you still recommend I get them to fix w/ plaster/grout or leave as is? Isn't grout porous anyway so water would seep in the back of the tile to begin with? Sorry, I know this is a minor issue! Just trying to decide if I should have them fix it or...

I found some construction pics: My pool is 3 years old. As you see from this pic the gaps in the plasters are over that white area. Is that white area water proofing? Maybe it's not necessary to repair then? I think my PB is willing to repair but I am concerned about them causing more issues or...
