    Plaster Question

Understood. Makes sense. With that said, would you still recommend I get them to fix w/ plaster/grout or leave as is? Isn't grout porous anyway so water would seep in the back of the tile to begin with? Sorry, I know this is a minor issue! Just trying to decide if I should have them fix it or...

    Plaster Question

I found some construction pics: My pool is 3 years old. As you see from this pic the gaps in the plasters are over that white area. Is that white area water proofing? Maybe it's not necessary to repair then? I think my PB is willing to repair but I am concerned about them causing more issues or...

    Plaster Question

Hi - the PB drained my spa to install a new light and I noticed along the surface underneath the glass tile there were very minor plaster gaps. Would you have the PB repair this or just leave alone? Would rather not cause more problems (I find when others fix stuff then I have another new...

Thanks. We had a terrible storm here and a ton of landscape debris blew in my pool and that spot is where a dark leaf was. Wonder if it’s related?

Skimmer & Main Drain Valve Positions

I don't use a cleaner...so I keep the Main Drain valve always open. I guess my question is, what position should the skimmer valve be in?

Skimmer & Main Drain Valve Positions

Hello! Just wanted advice on my valve positions for my skimmer valve. I have basically 3 options: 1. the one labeled vacuum: I believe this option draws more from the skimmer? 2. the one with the rocks: I believe this option draws equal suction from the skimmer and main drain 3. the other one...

    Overflow Drain underground

Hi Everyone: My pool overflow drain, drains underground which is obviously not that effective. Can anyone suggest a more effective method? Should it be above ground? Or underground into basin? Or other method? Thanks!

    AutoFill Canister Sunken

Thanks for the advice. They are coming tomorrow. We will see. My concern is that the pipe that goes to the auto fill of course is gunited in place. So I don’t think there is much they can adjust. I think the pipe is likely not level which makes the canister uneven and hence prematurely...

    AutoFill Canister Sunken

I do actually have an overflow drain at the skimmer. The auto fill canister still prematurely overflows. I’m waiting to hear back about solution. Last resort is to plug the bottom of it where the pool water comes in, turn off water line, and manually fill pool. It’s becoming to stressful to...

    AutoFill Canister Sunken
