I already spoke with an attorney who said it makes no difference from a legal standpoint where it's located because we are both in Tarrant county.

Basically that anything arising in regards to this contract shall be tried and litigated in a court in Dallas county, which doesn't make any sense because we are both located in Tarrant county.
