    Photometer Water Testing Equipment

I used a $150 SCUBA II for the previous four years without any pool issues - just followed the TFP method. The MD110 was an impulse buy from ebay!

    Photometer Water Testing Equipment

Interesting. Not saying your wrong. Only had my MD110 for a year. Both Taylor and Lovibond use a Melamine based reagent. The exact same chemical. I just think it's a bit odd that Europe favours photometers/tablets and North America titration testing. Why is this? Web page of the store I...

    Photometer Water Testing Equipment

Hello from Europe! I'm an avid consumer of information from TFP. What a great resource for pool owners! There doesn't seem to be much enthusiasm at TFP for photometer / tablet based reagent water testing equipment. Any reason why? Taylor test kits were scarce in Europe when I got a pool...

    Test kits in Europe

The accuracy is detailed on the data sheet for their tablet reagents. It's probably a bit over the top for residential pool testing, but I got it secondhand from ebay. The Scuba2 works fine and costs less. Uses exactly the same tablet reagents as their more expensive models. Scuba2 can test...

    Test kits in Europe

I use the lovibond md110 6-in1 pool photometer and their tablet reagent packs. Really good, really accurate within the testing range of the tablets. A cheaper option would be their skuba2 pool photometer. Avaliable widely in Europe. I order them online.

    VSP Pump trips breaker

Hello from Europe. I had something similar happen to me when I changed to a VSP. The names of electrical devices in the US differ from European ones. I changed the existing 10A Type B (3-5 x rated current) MCB (breaker) to a 10A Type C (5-10 x rated current) MCB, which are less sensitive to...

    Hello from Orgiva, Spain!

Great site. Really useful information. Just about to install SWG. Orgiva is warm in the winter and baking in the summer.
