Having the same problem. Can login from computer browser, but not the app. When I switch my system to service mode (yellow dot), the app recognizes that so obviously it is connected! Goes back to red dot when I switch to auto.

I just drained about half of my pool water due to CYA of 100. It's now refilled and I need to get it clean! I have liquid chlorine or powdered Cal Hypo. Will one or the other get the water sanitized faster?

I just tested approx 3 hours after my first SLAM, FC is up to 10.4 with SLAM Target of 16. I added the recommended amount from pool math. Just keep doing this until it gets up to 16? And then...?
