Maybe a dumb question, maybe not. I do the Taylor drop test for my PH in the small tester that does both PH and Chlorine. My question is, after adding the 5 drops, do you simply invert the container a couple times or shake to mix? Simple invert, my PH is high, shake to mix, PH is around 7.6-7.8.

Happy to report that I had little to no debris on the bottom of the pool today. Pool is clearing up, can see the bottom of the deep end fairly easily now. Can’t do an ONCT till Saturday though.

I believe that the pressure gauge is working properly. It rises when adding the DE. If I don't add the DE, its seems as though pressure doesn't rise when filtering. If I backwash, the sight glass is very green even without the pressure raising the 25%. I was adding testing FC every couple hours...
